The 2017 International Zinc Conference is one of the premier zinc event of the year, highlighting key industry trends and challenges.  The 2017 International Zinc Oxide Industry Conference is being held in conjunction with the International Zinc Conference, providing a unique opportunity to learn about new research and market trends.  Both conferences offer excellent opportunities for building business relationships and networking with colleagues.

International Zinc Conference Only

The delegate registration fee for the Zinc Conference Only includes two days of meeting sessions (Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28), the receptions on Sunday and Tuesday evenings, Buffet Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, conference gifts, and a copy of the speakers’ papers.

Delegate Registration Fees:

Early Rate:  $1575 per person if payment is received online by January 13, 2017.

Regular Rate:  $1725 per person if payment is received after January 13, 2017.


International Zinc Oxide Industry Conference Only

The delegate registration fee for the Zinc Oxide Conference Only includes the conference sessions on Tuesday afternoon, February 28 and on Wednesday, March 1, the reception on Tuesday evening, Lunch on Wednesday, conference gifts, and a copy of the speakers’ papers.

Delegate Registration Fee:              $825 per person

The delegate registration fee for both the Zinc & Zinc Oxide Conferences includes three full days of meeting sessions, the two receptions, Buffet Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday and Lunch on Wednesday, conference gifts, and a copy of the speakers’ papers.

Delegate Registration Fees:

Early Rate:  $1875 per person if payment is received online by January 13, 2017

Regular Rate:  $2025 per person if payment is received after January 13, 2017.


Spouse/Non-Business Guest Registration for the Zinc Conference:  $250 per person

The spouse/non-business guest registration fee includes the welcome reception on Sunday, February 26, the reception on Tuesday, February 28, a buffet breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, as well as a special group meeting on Monday morning.  Registered spouses/non-business guests may participate in the golf and tennis tournaments and any special tours for an additional fee.

Spouse/Non-Business Guest Registration for the Zinc Oxide Conference Only:  $50 per person

The spouse/non-business guest registration fee for those attending the Zinc Oxide Conference only includes the reception on Tuesday evening, February 28.

Optional Events

Conference attendees and their guests have the opportunity to participate in several special events including golf and tennis tournaments.  More details and pricing for these events is available when you register for the conference.

Rooms available starting at $ 299.00++ per night for single or double occupancy
(includes in room high-speed internet and $10 per night resort fee, local and toll-free calls, entrance to fitness center, overnight self-parking, in-room coffee and tea, and access to Splashtopia).

Group rate rooms are blocked until the cut-off date of Wednesday, February 1, 2017.  After this date, rooms will be subject to space/rate availability.  In addition, if the room block fills before the cut-off date, reservations will be subject to availability.  Resort will honor the group rate 3 days pre/post event.

Individual credit cards will be required at time of reservation to guarantee the room, but will not be charged until arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing.  Delegate and spouse/non-business guest registration fees will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, if cancellations are emailed, postmarked, or faxed to (919) 361-1957 by Wednesday, February 1, 2017.  After February 1, all registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.  Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
