This includes bus transfer from/to Imperial Plovdiv Hotel.
Note: Participation is limited to 80 delegates and no more than 4 delegates from the same company.

This includes admission to receptions and lunches.

Optional Activities:
Tour of KCM’s Lead/Zinc Smelter – 15th May:
KCM is the largest producer of lead and zinc in Bulgaria. The production site is located between Plovdiv and Asenovgrad. Transportation will be by bus from/to Imperial Plovdiv Hotel. Journey time approx. 20 mins. Departure time to be confirmed.
Note: If you wish to participate in this plant tour, plan to arrive in Plovdiv the night before.

IZA has blocked a number of rooms at the Imperial Plovdiv Hotel & Spa at the following rates:
single standard room (18m2): EUR 68
single deluxe room (35m2): EUR 98
double deluxe room: EUR 108
Rates include breakfast, access to gym, free Internet, free parking, VAT.

Hotel and Location:
The Imperial Plovdiv Hotel & Spa is an elegant four star hotel with a private garden. It is conveniently located for business and sightseeing. The hotel has been renovated and offers comfortable state-of-the-art rooms, an a la carte restaurant, bars and a luxurious spa with a broad range of treatments.

It is about 2km from the old town with sights, shops, parks and museums and about 3km to the Roman amphitheater.

Sofia Airport (SOF): 120km – approx. 1.5 hours by car. The hotel offers a transfer service.
Plovdiv Airport (PDV): 10 km

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing (email, fax or post) to International Zinc Association, 2530 Meridian Parkway, Suite 115, Durham NC  27713 USA; fax: +1 (919) 361-1957; email: no later than 23rd April 2019. All refunds are subject to a EUR 100 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference. Cancellations made after 23rd April 2019 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
