The biennial China International Hot Dip Galvanizing Conference and Exhibition is one of the most influential hot dip galvanizing conferences in the world. The 2023 International Hot Dip Galvanizing Conference & Exhibition will be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China from October 22 - 24, 2023.
The program will feature the latest market trends and applications, advances in process technology, innovations, cost control, regulations and best practices. The symposium will be complemented by an exhibition of international equipment and service suppliers, galvanizing plant visits and networking opportunities.
This conference is targeted at hot-dip galvanizers, equipment suppliers, zinc and alloy producers, and others with a strong interest in galvanizing. Speakers will include Chinese and international experts from the zinc and galvanizing industries, academics as well as representatives of industry associations, public and private institutions.
This event will be an excellent forum for learning, exchanging knowledge and meeting existing and new business partners.
Simultaneous interpretation Chinese-English will be available throughout the sessions.
This event will be co- hosted by Zinc Association Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou RITMAN Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Wedone Environment & Energy Technology (Shanghai) Incorporated Company with technical support from the International Zinc Association.

24 October - after visit of Qingdao Yongxianghe Environment Technology: Bus ride to Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, overnight stay at hotel WYNDHAM Xuzhou East
25 October - Optional plant visits of the following 4 companies:
1. Jiangsu Guohua Pipe Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to visit the manufacturing process of iron towers;
2. Xuzhou RITMAN Metal Products Co., Ltd., to visit the intelligent HDG production line;
3. Jiangsu New Hengyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd., to visit the manufacturing process of photo-voltaic brackets;
4. Jiangsu Baohua New Materials Co., Ltd., to visit the Zn-Al -Mg sheet production line.
26 October- Morning : Return to to Qingdao by bus and city tour in Qingdao. There will be the possibility of dropping you off at the airport no later than 15:30.

Payment Information
Payment can be made by wire transfer or check. Information will be provided with the registration confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 5, 2023. All refunds are subject to a US$75 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted at all times.

We reserved a room block at discounted rates for conference registrants. The cut-off date for room reservations is September 30th, 2023. Room reservations made after September 30, 2023 will be subject to availability and rate. To reserve your room at the discounted group rate please use the conference registration form. Room cancellation policy: Room cancellations made after October 5 are subject to a US$30/night penalty.

Jiaodong International Airport
The hotel is 77 kilometers away from Jiaodong International. Airport, about 67 minutes by car; the straight-line distance from the airport express station is 1.2 kilometers (the first bus 706 of the airport express departs at 07:30 and the last bus departs at 20:30, approximately 30 minutes per trip)
Qingdao West Railway Station
The hotel is 12 kilometers away from Qingdao West Railway Station and takes about 24 minutes by car; Green travel can take Huangdao K21 bus (the first bus departs at 06:00 and the last bus departs at 20:30)

The hotel is 35 kilometers away from Qingdao Railway Station and takes about 50 minutes by car; Green travel can take the Qingxi Express (the first bus is 6:00, the last bus is 19:30); Take bus No.309 to Lianghe Metro Station and transfer to Metro Line 13, then go to Jinggang Mountains Road Station and transfer to Metro Line 1
Qingdao North Railway Station
