The International Zinc Association is pleased to invite you to join the 1^st ASIA PACIFIC ROUNDTABLE ZINC which will be held in Forest City Golf Hotel, Johor, Malaysia, Q1 2022. Originally scheduled to take place in 2020 this conference has been postponed several times due to international travel restrictions and concerns in relation to Covid-19.

In addition to providing an excellent platform for meeting and networking the conference program will feature market, technical and regulatory issues, including sessions on:

• Die Casting
• Heading LME
• New Market Segment Developments
• Key Industry Challenges
• Zinc Oxide & Zinc Dust

Registration will open at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022.

29^th November - AM: Golf Tournament  /  PM: Registration followed by Welcome Reception
30^th November – All Day: Conference Sessions followed by Gala Dinner
1^st December – Half-Day: Conference Session followed by Lunch

FEES
Delegate Fee:
US$700.00 - early registration fee valid until 15^th October 2021
US$750.00 - regular fee applicable as of 16^th October 2021
IZA Members save US$150 on above fees. 

Spouse/non-business guest: US$ 100
This includes admission to the welcome reception, dinner and lunches.

Fee for optional Golf: US$ 150 per person

ACCOMMODATION:
IZA has blocked a number of rooms at the Forest City Golf Hotel at discounted group rates starting at RM 300 (approx. USD 72 + tax) per room per night. Rates include breakfast and wifi in guest rooms. Taxes will be charged extra. Booking information will be provided at the end of the registration process.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing to International Zinc Association email: bwirths@zinc.org no later than 12^th November, 2021. All refunds are subject to a US$50 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference. Cancellations made after 12^th November, 2021 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted at all times.
