About Zinc College
Zinc College is a five day international training program for the zinc industry which covers key areas of the zinc business, spanning from exploration to marketing and trading to sustainable development, environment and health. The course is targeted at managers from all areas of zinc and zinc-using companies; traders and financial analysts and others with an interest in zinc.
2014 Zinc College will be held in Udaipur, Rajasthan State, India from September 7-11. The program features lectures, case studies and working group sessions and includes a visit of Hindustan Zinc Limited’s Chanderiya Smelter Complex near Udaipur. There will also be the possibility of visiting one of HZL’s Rampura Agucha mine right after Zinc College on September 12.
Attendance is open to IZA members and non-members.

Zinc College fees include tuition, course materials, a refinery visit, lunches, mid-morning/mid-afternoon breaks and most dinners.

Rate for IZA members: US$ 3,000
IZA has reserved a block of rooms for Zinc College participants at a preferential rate at the conference hotel, the Oberoi Udaivilas Hotel, and the neighboring Trident Hotel (2 minutes walking distance). To reserve a room at the hotel of your choice, please fill out this form and email or fax it to the address specified on the form. Terms and conditions are noted on the form. Your room booking should include the night of September 11.

An optional visit to Hindustan Zinc Limited's Rampura Agucha mine will be organized on September 12, 2014. It will be a one-day tour at an additional fee. Transportation will be by bus. Details will be provided in due course. Delegates interested in this tour should not plan to depart Udaipur until Saturday, September 13.
International delegates will require a visa prior to entering India. Early registration is encouraged due to the processing time needed to obtain the necessary travel visa from certain countries.
